We examine the gap and surrounding teeth, often taking X-rays or impressions, to confirm a bridge is the right solution and plan a result that looks and feels completely natural.
2. Preparing the Anchor Teeth
The teeth either side of the gap are gently reshaped under local anaesthetic to create a secure foundation for the bridge. We then take a precise mould and fit a comfortable temporary bridge while your permanent one is crafted.
3. Fitting Your Bridge
Once your custom bridge is ready, we remove the temporary, check the fit, colour and bite carefully, and bond the bridge securely into place using strong dental cement.
4. Final Adjustments & Polishing
We make any fine adjustments so your bite feels completely even, then polish the bridge until it blends seamlessly with your surrounding teeth for a smooth, natural finish.
