A small amount of enamel is removed to make room for the veneer, but we numb the area first so you won't feel any pain. Most patients find the process straightforward and far more comfortable than they expected.
Porcelain veneers typically last ten to fifteen years or more, while composite veneers last around five to seven years. Looking after them well and keeping up with regular check-ups will help them last as long as possible.
Porcelain veneers are highly stain-resistant and hold their colour very well over time. Composite veneers can pick up some staining, but regular hygiene appointments will help keep them looking fresh.
